Here the demos from the application used and developed in the book, no special tweaks applied. The same applications are available for download from the Source Code page. These live demos are running on a Tomcat 6 server, which is not at all optimized to a production server.
Click to launch the Cat Shelter Manager demo application
This is the application developed in Chapter 4 and enhanced later in Chapter 6. It is a small application for displaying a list of cats with their hobbies, including mine: Merlin and Mina.
It contains basic window management including popups, a table and an editor. It also includes a YouTube player (codename CatTube) integrated as custom widget using qooxdoo, as described in Chapter 6.
Note: The application is not optimized for being pretty

The single sourced RCP maildemo sample application is running here in RAP. Chapter 5 tells you how to do it. In Chapter 6 we have applied a more or less pretty black theme.
A non black version of this application is hosted by the RAP project (see links on the right).
